                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO
                   EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH PIEDMONT OLSEN
                   HENSLEY, RELATIVE TO DESIGN, SURVEY,
                   EASEMENTS, CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, AND
                   INSPECTION FEE FOR THE ST. ELMO PARALLEL
                   CONNECTOR, CONTRACT NO. 135, FOR A
                   CONSIDERATION OF ONE HUNDRED THIRTEEN
                   THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS
                   ($113,400.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department
       of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to execute an
       Agreement with Piedmont Olsen Hensley, relative to design, 
survey,
       easements, construction services, and inspection fee for the St.
       Elmo Parallel Connector, Contract No. 135, for a consideration of 

       $113,400.00.
